Lindex

At the rebuild of Lindex store in Nordstan Gothenburg I were asked to develop their elevator. Lindex wanted the elevator to the children’s department on floor 2 to be exciting, fun and something different for the kids to talk about. I were given free hands to come up with a creative idea.

I made a spaceship! Outside the elevator I created a moonscape with printed foil, some details in 3D and mirror foil. Inside I made it look like the inside of a spaceship with space inspired materials and Led-lightning to get the feeling of being in space. A lightbox in the ceiling with planets, round windows for “looking out” to see the outer space with stars and planets, technical indicators etc..
